DexcilaDou has the right to accept/decline any commission based on any reason. 

1. If down payment has not been settled, work will not be started or slotted into DexcilaDou's schedule.

The commissioner must have all rights and permissions to use any assets (of any kind) provided to DexcilaDou.​​ ​

1. ​ Assets and art must be provided by the commissioner. DexcilaDou will not provide any character art.

2. DexcilaDou is not responsible for the misuse of assets provided by the commissioner.

3. ​This commission will only be used by the commissioner. For example, if you are a VTuber, who happens to have changed designs or names, or are selling your model/branding away to another interested party, these commissions will not be able to be reused by the new person playing this character unless they pay additional royalties to DexcilaDou. 

DexcilaDou must be given credit when her work is used on any platform. Please include her name AND link (YT or TW)

Please read through the “Workflow and Rules” section of this page. Various materials that require confirmation will be sent throughout the process. If no reply is received within 2-3 days, DexcilaDou will assume there are no changes needed. 

DexcilaDou has the right to use any commissions as samples for promotion. If you wish for me to refrain from posting or using the samples until after a certain event (ie. debut, birthday) please let me know.

1. During the work of the commission, DexcilaDou ​has the right to stream work of the commission on their own streaming platforms. Audio and visual assets given will be featured on stream but not in a full capacity or quality for it to be stolen. If you wish to keep the commission private, please opt out by letting DexcilaDou know.

For commissions equal to below $100 USD, payment must be made in full before work will start.

For commissions over $100 USD, payment can be made two ways:

1. Pay 100% before work starts

2. Pay 50% before work starts and 50% after the final WIP is sent. 

Final renders will not be sent before payment is made in full.

DexcilaDou will NOT be working with AI generated art. DexcilaDou is not responsible for any issues regarding the use of AI art.

DexcilaDou retains the rights to any rejected concepts and any assets created by DexcilaDou during the created of a commission.

By commissioning me, you agree to all the terms listed under the “TOS”, “Workflow and Rules”, “Policies”, “Guidelines”, and any other page with rules that may apply unless discussed and agreed upon beforehand.
